United, along with both north London sides, are currently outside the top four with West Ham occupying the solitary spot believed to be up for grabs behind the league’s runaway leaders. 

The Gunners have threatened to get their act together in recent weeks, with Mikel Arteta overseeing a series of promising performances after a goal-shy start to the campaign. 

Spurs, meanwhile, had started well under Antonio Conte, but three consecutive defeats has left him, along with Rangnick, facing tough questions. 

Rangnick’s next assignment will be a tough one in which to bounce back, as Brighton have not tasted a Premier League defeat since mid-December – a run of seven games, including two ties against Chelsea.
