Scholes also aimed a dig at Rangnick for his constant changes of formations mid-game.
“From what I saw, I don’t think they’re working hard enough to stop another team play football,” Scholes explained.
“We know… you look at the team sheet, and there’s a lot of talent in that team. You can name every one of them. But with talent, you have to work hard as well.
“This team, for one reason or another – and I feel sorry for the manager cos I think he’s clearly trying his best to set his team up to play against this type of team, and they’re either not listening and can’t do it or don’t want to do it.
