Post-match footage of Manchester United starlet Anthony Elanga taking aim at the home crowd at Elland Road this afternoon has gone altogether viral across social media.
Wide-man Elanga was introduced as a 2nd-half substitute for the Red Devils at Leeds, getting his name on the scoresheet late on amid a lively all-round display.
Such efforts on the part of the Swede, however, could well have been cut short fifteen minutes prior.
This came after Elanga, during the celebrations of fellow substitute Fred’s fine strike, was struck by a projectile from the home crowd, understood to have come in the form of a coin.

As alluded to above, though, Manchester United’s up-and-coming attacker ultimately had the last laugh.
After wrapping up the three points for Ralf Rangnick’s men courtesy of a cool finish with 88 minutes on the clock, Elanga turned towards Leeds’ supporters, before putting his finger to his lips in a shushing gesture.
And the 19-year-old was not finished there, either, as, on the back of the full-time whistle in west Yorkshire, he faced the home stands once more, pointing towards the United badge, before gesturing towards the ground:

Champions League hopes alive and well
Manchester United’s latest victory on Sunday has seen the Red Devils strengthen their grip on 4th-spot in the Premier League table.
Though Arsenal boast a considerable three games in hand on Ralf Rangnick’s men, the Manchester giants continue to put points on the board, meaning they now sit four points clear of both the Gunners, and West Ham.
Could the Red Devils yet salvage a miserable campaign to date by clinching Champions League football for next season?
